Where Bores Property Services Began

Bores Property Services LLC (BPS) started with a high school student and a lifelong dream. Chris Bores has enjoyed equipment and dirt since he was a small child. His dreams have never waivered and today, he is doing exactly what he always imagined he would be; running a successful, limitless Property Management business that focuses on quality work, professional and personal company relationships, safety, and of course, growth.
Chris started Bores Property Services LLC as a landscape business back in 2009. Taking knowledge from his construction education and his work experience, Chris pushed BPS to achieve new levels each year and hit milestone goals. As the company started to grow it also began to expand past just landscape jobs. It quickly gained a local reputation for excavation jobs, lawn installs, and bobcat work.

In 2013, BPS began its solar venture. We started working with our first solar companies mowing solar fields providing O&M. Not long after, BPS got involved with solar erosion control, site work, site remediations, and builds. As the years have continued, BPS has grown from a small boy’s dream to an expansive company that has proven success in all of its fields.
